Cedar Strat has generated, acquired, inherited and derived multiple and extensive data sets which are available for license. The detailed geologic mapping and measured sections are the most complete and accurate sets of data for the Great Basin that are available today. All prices for licenses are subject to escalation without notice, for any reason, but especially in the event of oil and/or gas discoveries within the Great Basin.

Cedar Strat's Geologic Map of the Great
Basin
Maps cover several hundred (over 300) 7.5' quadrangles and
are being added to daily. Current mapping is in progress for over
20 new quadrangles.
Cedar Strat maps stratigraphic sequences that give higher
resolution to structural features rather than formations or
members.
Industry Standard Comparison-USGS:
USGS charges $1,000,000 per Quadrangle and gives delivery in 5 years for new mapping. They do not use survey grade submeter GPS or a GIS mapping system to post their data.
Example: "Geologic Map and Sections of Diamond Peak and Vicinity" Eureka and White Pine Counties, Nevada, by David A. Brew 1957-59. USGS Professional Paper 661 Plate 1. This 7.5' quadrangle contains 892 attitudes. At the USGS price for new mapping of $1,000,000 the USGS per attitude cost is $1,121.
Example: "Miscellaneous Geologic Investigations, Map I-612 (sheet 1 of 2)" by T.B. Nolan, C.W. Merriam, D.A. Brew 1971, Geologic Map of the Eureka Quadrangle, Eureka and White Pine Counties, Nevada. This is a 15 minute series, thus $4,000,000 at current USGS new mapping prices. This 15' series contains 559 attitudes at a USGS per attitude cost of $7,155.
